Recipe ingredients
- 4 x 6 oz (175 g) tilapia fillets
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Dijon mustard*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) coriander seeds
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 lime
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 230ºC (450ºF).
In a non-stick frying pan, place the tilapia fillets and baste with the mustard on all sides.
On a clean work surface, place the coriander seeds and crush the seeds using the bottom of a heavy-bottomed pot or kitchen hammer. Crush the coriander seeds using a mortar and pestle, or place on a clean work surface and crush using the bottom of a heavy-bottomed pot or kitchen hammer.
Sprinkle the crushed seeds on all sides of the fillets. Add salt, pepper and a few drops of lime juice.
Cook in the oven for about 12 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked.
