Dry sausages
There are so many other things to do with sausages besides making sandwiches and garnishing pizza!
Here are a few suggestions to get you started!
Try the great classics:
- A little mascarpone cheese spread on a slice of sausage, rolled up and served as an hors-d’œuvre.
- Strips of sausage on an endive leaf covered with shredded provolone and minced olives make another great hors-d’œuvre.
- Served on crackers with slices of marinated mushrooms.
- Diced and added to omelettes, rice dishes or salads.
- Dry sausage is the all-time best accompaniment to raclette.
