Vegetable stir-fry
Savoury vinaigrette !
Carrot juice, rice vinegar and olive oil make a savoury vinaigrette to drizzle over pan-fried mushrooms or sauteed vegetables.  
 
Swiss chard
Original idea !
Stuff Swiss chard leaves with Italian sausage meat.
Cook in the oven and serve with basmati rice. 
 
Endives
Endives Grilled Belgian endives
Cut them lengthwise into 1-2 cm slices. 
Brush slices with olive oil and gently grill on the barbecue. 
Garnish with goat cheese, Gorgonzola or your favourite cheese. 
Add pine nuts. 
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
 
Potatoes
Potato salad Give your potato salad a more refined twist!
Use small round new potatoes cut in half, add wholegrain mustard (Moutarde de Meaux), a little cream, flat parsley and roasted hazelnuts. Delightful!
