Bocourti (Pangasius catfish) is known as Mekong catfish and shark catfish. The Bocourti is a fresh water fish.

The adult bocourti can reach 1.30 metre and weigh up to 45 kilograms. Despite its shark-like appearance, the bocourti is very inoffensive. Omnivirous, it eats mostly shellfish, small fish and algae.

Bocourti is boneless. It has fine white flesh and a pronounced taste.
