Salmon and Vegetable BrochetteThread cubes of Atlantic salmon, green pepper, red onion and spices onto a brochette. Remember to leave enough space between pieces to allow for even cooking.

Oven-bake at 180°C (350°F) for 5 to 8 minutes.
or On a piece of oiled aluminum foil, cook over medium heat on the barbecue.

Garlic Shrimp

Garlic ShrimpFirst brush beautiful plump shrimp with garlic butter or margarine, bread crumbs and parsley.

Oven bake at 200°C (400°F) for 6 to 8 minutes
or  Cook on an oiled grill for 3 to 5 minutes at medium heat on the barbecue
