Cheers!

Besides being the perfect summer aperitif, rosés offer an enticing palette of aromas and flavours to enhance summer menus. Dry, semi-dry or sweet, rosés can be served with appetizers and main dishes alike.

Contrary to a common misconception, rosé wine is not a mix of red and white wines. It is made from the same black grapes as red wine, but the grape skins are left to macerate for a shorter period, giving rosé its beautiful pink color.

Rosé wine is a great match for many summery recipes, and pairs with your favourite dishes as deliciously as red or white wine. For recipes calling for a red wine pairing, try a slightly more aromatic rosé, and replace white wine with a delicate member of the rosé family. Dare to serve it with grilled fish, poultry, crustaceans, and Asian cuisine !
