(Montreal, March 8th , 2006) – Co-owners Francis Cloutier, Joëlle Picard and Lucie Dionne officially inaugurated last night their new Metro store located at 605 rue Principale in Dégelis, during a formal ceremony attended by a number of dignitaries, guests and clients.
Thanks to an important investment of $4 million required for major renovations, the co-owners are pleased to offer customers a new, modern and friendly food store covering a total of 20 000 square feet, a project that has contributed to creating 15 new jobs in addition to the 35 already existing.
Customers shopping at the new Metro store in Dégelis will find the very best the food world has to offer. Walking down the supermarket’s aisles, consumers will discover a large and friendly store providing even more products and services under one roof. Among other things, shoppers will find a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, an important selection of delicatessen meats, fine cheeses and dairy products, a large selection of frozen foods as well as an important assortment of take-out food.
The owners of the Dégelis Metro store are proud to present the region’s population with a magnificently redesigned supermarket offering a wide variety of products in a pleasant atmosphere, where giving a warm, courteous and highly professional service is a priority.
