(Montreal, July 12^th 2006) – The owners of the Metro St-Marc-des-Carrières, Mylène Renaud and Michel Bisson, celebrated last night the ending of the renovation of their supermarket relocated at 755, Bona Dussault Avenue in St-Marc-des-Carrières during an official ceremony attended by a number of dignitaries, guests and clients. The owners are pleased to offer their customers a modern and friendly supermarket covering a new total of more than 21 000 square feet.

Following a relocation and an investment of more than $5 million dollars, the Metro St-Marc-des-Carrières adds close to 8 000 square feet to its total surface. In addition, the newly relocated store creates 15 new jobs in the region that adds up to the 48 already existing.

The new Metro St-Marc-des-Carrières will offer what’s best in the food market for its clientele. Browsing through the supermarket’s aisles, consumers will discover a large and friendly store providing even more services and products under the same roof. Among other things, shoppers will find a wide variety of produce, an important selection of cheeses and take-out meals, as well as an in house chef.
