March 6, 2007 - Metro and the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts - Once upon a Time Walt Disney
(Montreal, March 6, 2007) – A proud collaborator of the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, for the last 9 years, Metro is happy to be associated again with the Museum in a prestigious event – the exhibition Once upon a Time Walt Disney: The Sources of Inspiration for the Disney Studios.
The exhibition, which will run from March 8 to June 24, 2007 at the Jean-Noël Desmarais Pavilion, includes some 500 pieces, including original works by Disney studio artists selected from the Disney archives and private collections — on show for the first time ever — as well as paintings, sculptures, film clips and other rarely shown items.
