June 26 2008 - Fresh A&P Store reopens in Picton

Picton, ON, June 26, 2008 – Residents of Picton are invited to experience a freshly renovated A&P store at 73 Main Street West this Friday, June 27, which sports the latest A&P fresh colours and décor.

“I want to thank our customers for their support during the renovations and I can not wait for them to see our new look,” said Dan Shorey, store manager. “Picton is a fantastic community to live in and your A&P will exceed your expectations.”

To celebrate this fresh reopening, the first 500 customers will receive one of A&P’s signature reusable shopping bags. Dan and his staff are proud to show off their remodeled store with the newest A&P décor and departments which includes a full service bakery counter.

Other in-store activities taking place on June 27 include musical entertainment from the Dixieland Jazz Band from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., and in-store demonstrations. Customers also have a chance to win a $1,000 shopping spree when they use their AIR MILES collector card.
