(Montreal, August 20, 2009) – Super C is proud to announce the opening of its new store, located at 300, St-Laurent Street in Trois-Rivières. Previously on de Grandmont Street, this relocation required an investment of $7 million and will create 30 new local jobs in the area, in addition to the 55 existing ones.

The new 38,000-square-foot Super C in Cap de la Madeleine will offer a Market section featuring a large selection of fresh produce, and an Outlet section for grocery products. Customers will also enjoy high-quality meat prepared by in-house butchers, aisles of frozen foods and groceries, a bakery section and a wider variety of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Store manager Denis Bourque and his team invite residents of the Cap de la Madeleine and neighbouring regions to visit and discover the new Super C.

Super C is a leader in the discount supermarket sector and employs over 4,500 people in Quebec.
