Save one slice of salmon for decoration, and cut into strips.
In a blender or food processor, combine the smoked salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice and green onion. Then purée.
Using a pastry bag or small spoon, garnish the tip of the endive with the salmon mixture. Decorate with strips of salmon and capers.
