In a large dish, place oil, rosemary and chops. Turn chops to coat well.
Marinate in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours.
In a small saucepan, melt jelly and sugar with lemon juice and water.
Remove from heat when jelly dissolves completely.
Add chopped mint.
Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
Drain and grill chops 3 to 5 minutes each side, depending on degree of cooking desired.
Turn chops only once.
Brush on mint sauce when chops are almost done.
Continue cooking until well glazed.
