The Hot Beverage Reinvented
Your choices are multiple; delicious
herbal, fruit or aromatic teas and, of course, smooth or
full-flavoured coffees. For those who seek a little taste of
comfort, there are hot beverages – just as heavenly as they’re
unusual – whose scents will fill the home.
Among the tea's many benefits, it's believed to help reduce the risks in the development of certain types of cancer and cardiovascular diseases.
Coffee, in reasonable quantities of 400 to 450 mg a day – is believed to help prevent cancers of the liver and colon, and to protect against certain types of degenerative diseases. It's also considered an effective antidepressant.
Now's the time to reinvent the classics and include the more innovative beverages to your routine!
