Want to try something original or
different, then for inspiration why not turn to breakfasts from
around the world! A weekend or holiday might be the ideal time to
prepare an Italian or Indian breakfast. Or go on a mealtime escape
by preparing a British, German, Scandinavian, Spanish or even a
Japanese breakfast.

- In Germany, breakfast typically includes Brötchen (rolls), butter and some ham. Cheesecake may be offered. Grapefruit juice and coffee complete the meal.
- A British breakfast is rather substantial. Orange juice and tea served with a drop of milk are common, along with scrambled or poached eggs and fried bacon. The meal concludes with toast, muffins, scones or oat pancakes, topped with butter and marmalade.
