Frogs' legs
The frog is a vertebrate amphibian that lives in
fresh waters and humid locations. Some twenty frog
species are edible.
In Europe, the green frog and the red
frog are most popular. North American consumers
prefer larger frogs. Most frogs
sold for consumption are raised in frog
farms.
Generally, only the back legs of the frog are
cooked. The taste is often compared to chicken.
You will find frozen frogs' legs in your METRO fish counter.
