Recipe ingredients
- 2 eggs*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) maple syrup*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) 35% cream*
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) butter*
- 2 whole-wheat waffles*.
Preparation
In a bowl, put eggs, maple syrup and cream. Lightly beat with a fork. Set aside.
In a frying pan, melt butter and add to egg mixture. Cook, stirring constantly until done. Set aside.
Toast waffles and top with scrambled eggs.
Suggestion
