Recipe ingredients

  • 8 X 3 oz. (90 g) veal cutlets
  • 12 to 16 dried tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup red wine
  • 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) extra light olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) capers
  • 12 black olives, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) crushed dried red pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a heated frying pan, cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Add remaining ingredients and cook 2 minutes more. Serve.
