Recipe ingredients
- 8 X 3 oz. (90 g) veal cutlets
- 12 to 16 dried tomatoes
- 1/3 cup red wine
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) extra light olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) capers
- 12 black olives, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) crushed dried red pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a heated frying pan, cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Add remaining ingredients and cook 2 minutes more. Serve.
