Recipe ingredients
- 1 lb. (450 g) broccoli flowerets, cooked
- 16 slices Emmental cheese
- 8 black olives, pitted and sliced
- 8 thin slices prosciutto
- Sauce :
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) butter *
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) flour *
- 2 cups (500 mL) 2 % milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Put broccoli flowerets, 2 slices of cheese and some sliced black olives on each slice of prosciutto, then roll up prosciutto.
Put rolls in a casserole and keep warm.
Melt butter in a double boiler.
Stir flour and cook until a ball forms.
Add milk and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer over low heat about 10 minutes.
Pour over prosciutto rolls. Serve.
