Recipe ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) peanut oil*
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chopped fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 cup (375 mL) diced tofu
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) Irresistibles soya sauce*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Irresistibles rice vinegar*
- Pepper to taste
Preparation
Heat peanut oil in a wok; stir fry green onions, garlic and ginger about 30 seconds.
Add diced tofu and stir fry 2 minutes gently.
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar and pepper.
Mix and cook 2 more minutes. Serve.
