Recipe ingredients
- 2/3 cup (160 mL) butter
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) lemon juice
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) fresh tarragon, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Cream butter and mix it with the other ingredients.
Keep the butter at room temperature until using or serve it chilled.
Can be frozen.
