Recipe ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) fresh chopped spinach
- 1 cup (250 mL) ricotta cheese
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) roasted and pine-seeds
Preparation
Sauté the spinach in butter for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, add the ricotta cheese and mix well.
Add the breadcrumbs and the pine-seeds and mix again. Stuff the fish.
