Recipe ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) bulgur, cracked wheat
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) fresh chopped mint
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Put the bulgur in a bowl, cover it with water and let stand for 1 hour.
Drain, add the parsley, mint and tomato; mix well.
Add the olive oil and the lemon juice.
Season.
Stuff the fish.
