Recipe ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) white wine
- 1 onion, minced
- 4 scallions, minced
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 sprig of sorrel
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a large pan and bring to a boil.
Add the mussels and as soon as they are open, remove from heat.
