Recipe ingredients

  • 4 sole fillets, thawed
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) water
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Irresistible lemon juice*
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) chopped fresh parsley
  • To taste Irresistible dried thyme*
  • To taste Irresistible dried tarragon*
  • 1 Irresistible bay leaf*
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450°F/230°C.
Roll fillets up and put them in a greased ovenproof dish.
Combine remaining ingredients in a glass bowl and pour over fillets. Season.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until flesh loses its sheen and flakes easily.
