Recipe ingredients
- 1 1/3 lb (600 g) white flesh fish fillets
- 2 fresh lemons, thinly sliced Basting Mix
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) salted herbs
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) extra virgin olive oil*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) ground coriander
- White pepper to taste.
Preparation
Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
In a glass bowl, mix basting ingredients together. Set aside.
Place fillets on aluminum foil.
Cover fish with lemon slices.
Baste fillets.
Cook 6 minutes on grill, with the lid down.
Suggestion
Cooking time for fish is based on thickness rather than weight. Lean fish takes 10 to 12 minutes per inch (2.5 cm) of thickness.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
