Recipe ingredients
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) fresh chicken breast*, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) butter*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) oil*
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 cup (250 mL) cooked lentils*
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) plain 2% yoghurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a large frying pan, brown chicken in oil and butter 5 minutes.
Add vegetables and cook 3 to 5 minutes more. Season.
Add cooked lentils and mix well.
Remove from heat and blend in yoghurt.
Suggestion
Replace zucchini with a fennel bulb for more pronounced flavour.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
