Recipe ingredients
- 8 veal cutlets
- Chili sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) red onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) balsamic vinegar *
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) extra virgin olive oil *
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chili sauce
Preparation
Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.
Mix all the ingredients for the chili sauce.
Brush the sauce on the meat.
Grill for 1 to 2 minutes per side, depending on the thickness, while brushing with the sauce.
Suggestion
Protect the delicate meat of the veal by searing the cutlets on both sides to seal in the natural juices. Continue cooking at low heat.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
