Recipe ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes
- Vegetable oil as needed
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- Pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375°F / 190°C
Peel and cut sweet potatoes in 1 in. (2.5 cm) slices.
In a large roasting pan, spread the sweet potato slices.
Drizzle with oil and top with the sprig of fresh rosemary.
Bake until soft.
