Recipe ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups (625 mL) peeled diced tomatoes
- 2 cups (500 mL) diced onions
- 3/4 cups (180 mL) diced celery
- 1 1/4 cups (310 mL,) peeled diced apples
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) peeled diced peaches
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. (7 mL) powdered mustard*
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) ground allspice
- 1 1/4 cups (310 mL) white vinegar*
- 1 cup (250 mL) sugar*
Preparation
In a pot, put all ingredients; stir gently.
Simmer 1 hour.
Pour immediately into sterilized jars.
Suggestion
To sterilize jars, put in the oven at 250°F / 120°C 10 minutes or put in a pot of water and bring to a boil.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
