Recipe ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) brewed Red Rose Tea
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) sesame oil
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) soy sauce
- 1-2 lbs (500 g - 1 kg) salmon steaks or filets
Preparation
In a blender, combine ingredients except salmon steaks. Process until well blended.
Place salmon in a shallow non-metallic baking dish; pour marinade over salmon turning to coat.
Refrigerate 2-3 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove salmon from marinade. Grill, broil or bake salmon until cooked through.
As a guideline, cook fish to an internal temperature of at least, 175°F / 80°C.
