Recipe ingredients
- 4 pieces of salmon fillets
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) Golden Dipt Ginger Teriyaki Seafood Marinade
- 1 green pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red sweet pepper
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 small red hot pepper, optional.
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) peanut or olive oil*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) minced fresh ginger
Preparation
Put salmon in a dish, pour ½ cup (125 mL) marinade over them and refrigerate 20-25 min, turning salmon at least once to coat thoroughly.
Meanwhile, dice sweet peppers, red onion and hot pepper (if desired).
In a skillet, heat oil and brown ginger and vegetables 2 min. Add remaining marinade, stirring to coat vegetables thoroughly. Set aside.
In the same skillet, cook salmon 3-4 min per side.
Arrange salmon and vegetables in plates.
