Recipe ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) cornstarch
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) baking powder
- 1 lb. (450 g) large fresh shrimp, peeled and veined
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) sesame oil
- 2 red peppers, in thin strips
- 1/4 lb. (115 g) snow peas
Preparation
In a bowl, whisk cornstarch, egg whites and baking powder.
Add shrimp and mix.
In a large frying pan, heat sesame oil and quickly sauté red peppers and snow peas.
Add shrimp to vegetables and serve.
Suggestion
