Recipe ingredients
- 4 endives
- 1 radicchio
- 1/4 lb. (115 g) Gorgonzola cheese
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Country table cream
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) Irresistibles extra virgin olive oil*
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) honey*
- Salt and white pepper to taste
- 6 leaves fresh coriander
- 12 walnut halves*
Preparation
Trim the base from the endives and shred.
Shred radicchio.
Put Gorgonzola and cream in the blender.
Slowly add olive oil and honey.
Season. Pour dressing in a bowl.
Stir in chopped coriander.
In a bowl, place endive leaves and shredded radicchio.
Drizzle with Gorgonzola dressing.
Top with walnuts.
