Recipe ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) olive oil*
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) red wine vinegar*
  • 2 tsp. (10 mL) liquid honey*
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 cups (1,5 L) shredded romaine lettuce
  • 2 radicchio, shredded
  • 1 cup (250 mL) radish sprouts
  • 1/2 lb. (225 g) bocconcini cheese, sliced
  • 16 slices spicy Hungarian salami, rolled up
  • 2 red italian tomatoes, quartered
  • 16 black olives*.

Preparation

In a bowl, mix oil, garlic, red wine vinegar, honey salt and pepper together and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix lettuce, radicchio and sprouts together. Divide among 4 plates and top with cheese, salami, tomatoes and olives.
Drizzle with dressing and serve with bruschetta.
