Recipe ingredients
- various cheeses; Brie double crème*, Bleubry, Camembert*, Fin renard
- baguette, Irresistibles Artisan bread*
- Irresistibles Waterthins Cheese Twists*, rusks* and crackers*
- fresh fruit, figs, apples, grapes
Preparation
Arrange various cheeses on a tray.
Keep cheeses separate from one another to avoid any cross over of flavours.
Plan on 3 varieties of cheese per service and 1 1/2 oz (45 g) to 2 oz (60 g) per person.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Take cheeses out of refrigerator about 1 hour before serving to bring them to room temperature.
Serve with assorted fresh breads-baguette, bread-rusks and crackers.
Serve fresh fruit such as figs, apples and grapes.
