Recipe ingredients
- 3.3 lb (1.5 kg) pork ribs
- 1 cup (250 mL) chili sauce*
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) honey*
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) brandy or rum
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) Dijon mustard*
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) soya sauce*
Preparation
Place the ribs in a large pot of boiling water; reduce heat and simmer for 45 min.
Remove ribs and drain.
Mix remaining ingredients and brush over ribs.
Place on a very hot grill and cook about 10 min on each side.
Brush with more sauce as needed.
