Recipe ingredients
- Sufficient quantity spaghettini pasta
- 3 chicken breasts, lime zest
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 7-8 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 packages of sliced leeks Les Cultures de Chez Nous
- 1/2 can of sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup (125 ml)sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 package of Prestigio pesto
- Goat cheese, crumbled to taste
Preparation
Cook pasta and drain.
Brown chicken in olive oil for 5 minutes.
Season. Add garlic at the minute of cooking. Keep aside.
Brown leeks, black olives and tomatoes 4 minutes.
Add pesto, heat.
Add chicken and pasta.
Garnish with goat cheese. Serve.
