Recipe ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) olive oil
- 4 sirloin beefsteaks
- 1 cup (250 mL) julienne carrot
- 1 cup (250 mL) shoestring red pepper
- 1 cup (250 mL) sliced leeks Les Cultures de Chez Nous
- 4 sage leaves
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) grated mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
Oil sirloin beefsteaks and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Put vegetables, sage leaves and grated mozzarella cheese on annealed foil and add a drop olive oil.
Close annealed foil and cook 3 minutes.
Assemble the beef, alternating them with the vegetables.
