- 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter, softened
- 1-2 Tbsp. (15-30 mL) your choice of mustard
- 1 1/2 cup of sliced leeks Les Cultures de Chez Nous
- 1 French stick
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
Mix butter with mustard and leeks.
Cut slices of French stick, 1/2 in. (1 cm) thick.
Spread plenty of leek preparation on French stick slices.
Cook in a preheated oven 5 minutes.
