Recipe ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) olive oil*
- 3 Tbsp (45 mL) pure maple syrup*
- 3 Tbsp (45 mL) balsamic vinegar*
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) Dijon mustard*
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 cups (1.5 l) mixed salad greens, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) vegetables, to taste (e.g., cucumbers, radishes, peppers)
- 4 x 50 g each La Fourchette Pork and Maple brochettes, thawed
Preparation
Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl. Set aside.
Mix the salad greens and the vegetables in another bowl. Divide the mixture onto 4 serving plates and set aside.
Place the brochettes on the grill and cook for approximately 6 to 8 minutes, or until desired doneness.
Remove the brochettes from the grill and set the warm meat on the salad.
Suggestion
