Recipe ingredients
- 4 turkey breasts
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) melted butter
- 1 cup (250 mL) sliced mushrooms
- 2/3 cup (160 mL) 10% cream
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) white wine
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) cornstarch
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) water
Preparation
Put the turkey breasts in an oven dish.
In a pan, melt butter; brown the sliced mushrooms.
Add white wine; simmer 2 minutes.
Add cream and continue cooking about 3 minutes.
In a bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water; stir into the sauce.
Pour mushroom sauce over the turkey breasts.
Cook in preheated 350ºF (180ºC) oven 20 to 25 minutes.
