Recipe ingredients
- 1.4 lb. (630 g) marinated steak
- 1 1/2 cup (375 mL) beef broth
- 4 cup (1 L) uncooked spinach fusilli
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) pesto
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) olive oil
- Grated parmesan to taste
Preparation
Preheat the BBQ to medium.
Cook the steak 8 to 10 minutes per side.
Preheat the oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
Cook the steak 75 minutes, basting with beef broth during cooking.
Mix cooked fusilli, pesto and oil.
Top with parmesan.
Serve with the steak.
