Recipe ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- Sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) salad dressing*
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) fresh finely chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chicken broth*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) dried oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp. (7 mL) ground black pepper
Preparation
Mix all the sauce ingredients well.
Brush the chicken breasts.
Cook, in a frying pan or on the barbecue, at medium heat about 10 to 15 minutes and baste the meat regularly.
Suggestion
Rice with toasted almonds: rice cooked in broth. Near the end, add oil, garlic, minced onion, soya sauce and toasted almonds.Origin: Mediterranean
