Recipe ingredients
- 1 10-oz. (284-mL) tin mandarins, drained
- 1 head romaine, torn up
- ½ cup (125 mL) each: seedless red grapes and sliced cucumber
- 4 85-g Clover Leaf Rip’n Ready Pouches of albacore tuna
- 1 lime
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) chopped gingerroot
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) each: olive oil and honey
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) crushed chili pepper
Preparation
In a big bowl, mix first 4 ingredients together.
Divide among 4 plates and add a pouch of tuna to each one.
Set aside.
Using a small knife, remove 2 tsp. (10 mL) lime zest. In a small bowl, juice the lime and whisk in zest and remaining ingredients.
Drizzle salad with dressing and serve with a baguette and cheese.
