Recipe ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) extra light olive oil *
- 1 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 lb. (450 g) pork chops, boned and trimmed
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Dijon mustard *
- 171 g spinach
- 2 mangoes, peeled, pitted and cubed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a frying pan, heat oil on medium-high.
Add garlic and cook; push garlic to the edge of the frying pan.
Add pork chops; cook 3 minutes on each side; brush chops with mustard.
Cover with spinach and mangoes; cover and cook until spinach is tender. Serve.
Suggestion
Before cooking, cover pork chops with mango peel, flesh side down, about 30 minutes. The peel is a natural meat tenderizer.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
