Recipe ingredients
- 12 white mushrooms
- 1 cup (250 mL) diced red apple
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) minced fresh thyme
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) olive oil*
- 1 garlic cloves, chopped
- Milled pepper to taste
- 3 1/2 oz. (100 g) Le Noble cheese, diced
Preparation
Preheat oven to broil.
Remove stems and place empty mushroom caps on a baking sheet. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix diced apple, thyme, oil, garlic and pepper together and let stand for 15 min.
Add diced cheese and mix.
Stuff mushroom caps.
Bake 5 min. or until cheese melts.
