Recipe ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups (625 mL) penne
- 3 cups (750 mL) diced cooked turkey
- 2 cups (500 mL) prepared gourmet salad
- 2 cups (500 mL) red cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) fresh chopped coriander
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) unsalted peanuts
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) finely chopped fresh ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a large pot of boiling water; cook pasta 8 to 10 minutes or al dente; drain; rinse under cold water; put penne in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; mix. Serve.
Suggestion
