Recipe ingredients
- 2 x 213 g pink salmon, drained and flaked*
- 1 L (500 g) farfalles pasta, cooked
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cups (500 mL) cubed, seeded English cucumber
- 2 hot red peppers, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) extra light olive*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
In a bowl, combine all ingredients; put in the refrigerator. Serve cold.
Suggestion
For a low-fat salad, remove the brown parts of the canned salmon.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
