Recipe ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 2 oz. (60 g) fresh Parmesan, grated
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) each: milk and table cream*
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped leeks, white part only
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) diced red pepper
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) capers
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) Irresistible smoked trout*, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, Parmesan, milk and cream. Whisk in remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture into a lightly oiled 9-in. (23-cm) springform pan.
Place pan on a baking sheet and bake 60 min. or until frittata is cooked through.
